Steven Pinkert, Managing Partner, received his Doctor of Medicine from Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago and completed his residency at the University of Illinois Medical Center. Two Decades later his career is augmented with the title of Juris Doctor and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Miami.

James Pinkert, a Partner, graduated from DePaul College of Law in 1987 and is a member of both the Florida and Illinois Bars.  While living in Chicago, Mr. Pinkert practiced transactional law in the real estate department at Antenow & Fink and Altheimer & Grey.  After becoming a member of the Florida Bar, Mr. Pinkert worked as a prosecutor for the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office honing his trial skills.  Mr. Pinkert has been a member of the Pinkert Law Firm since 2003, helping lead the firm's litigation department.  Mr. Pinkert has served as a member of a Florida Bar Grievance Committee and has served as Chairman of a Grievance Committee.

Calrie Marsh, a Partner, received her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale.  Ms. Marsh received her Bachelors of Arts in Biology from Middlebury College in Vermont. Ms. Marsh currently practices in the fields of intellectual property and general litigation.

Derrick B. Gruner, Esq., a Partner, concentrates his practice in foreclosure, lending/financing, and other real estate litigation. Derrick has represented individuals, businesses, mortgage companies, and title agencies in all aspects of real estate transactions.  In the decade prior to attending law school, Derrick was a Mortgage Banker involved in every aspect of his field, from origination to mortgage-backed securities.  Derrick is a member of The Florida Bar, and is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida.  Derrick is conversant in Portuguese.

Dal Singh, an Associate, received his Juris Doctor from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA.  Dal also holds a doctorate degree in Chiropractic Medicine.  Dal is licensed to practice law in both Florida and California and currently practices in the area of insurance defense.  Dal is particularly interested in the interface between law and medicine.

Roberto E. Moran, an Associate, focuses his practice in the area of insurance defense litigation.  Roberto is licensed to practice in the State of Florida and is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division.  Roberto graduated from the University of Miami, Cum Laude, with general honors with a Bachelor in Business Administration.  Roberto then obtained a Juris Doctor degree Cum Laude from the University Of Miami School Of Law, and has been working with The Pinkert Law Firm ever since.
